Medzibna Waterfall, known locally as the "Goderdzi Waterfall," is one of Ajara's most water-rich natural attractions. It is located in the village of Medzibna, Keda Municipality. To reach the waterfall, visitors travel approximately 10 kilometres by road from Keda, followed by a 500-metre well-maintained walking trail. The trail is equipped with wooden handrails, providing a safe and comfortable route for visitors.

Flowing from a height of approximately 30 metres over a rocky cliff, the waterfall is surrounded by mature forest and forms a natural pool at its base. One of the site's most distinctive features is a natural cave formed behind the waterfall within the rock, large enough to accommodate approximately 10 people. The combination of the waterfall, the cave, and the forested valley creates a remarkable natural setting, making Medzibna Waterfall an attractive destination for nature enthusiasts.
